Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare GPO Sales Consultant with a proven track record of success in navigating and selling within healthcare GPOs. This role is crucial for our partnership with CHAMPS, as we usher in their new category—video production services for healthcare.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of related experience and will guide us in developing and executing strategies to maximize our sales potential within this GPO framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting: Provide expert guidance on best practices for selling video production services, including patient success stories, training series, and compliance documentation, to healthcare providers through GPOs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities within the GPO member network.
- Category Development: Assist in the development of the new video production services category within the GPO framework.
- MSA Expertise: Advise on optimizing our Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to align with healthcare provider needs and industry standards.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies that resonate with GPO members.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the GPO and its member organizations.
- Training & Development: Provide insights and training to our internal sales team to ensure they are equipped to engage with healthcare GPO members effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience working with healthcare GPOs, particularly in a consulting or sales strategy role.
- Master Service Agreements: Strong understanding of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) within the healthcare industry.
- Category Development: Proven success in developing and launching new product or service categories within GPOs.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with video production services or related fields is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and past performance helping similar firms in our category or in marketing-related categories. We will also consider bonus and referral-based compensation.
Contractor Position
This is a contractor position. We are seeking a highly organized and professional contractor with experience at a high level of contracting who is comfortable with 1099 as-needed workloads.

- Direct experience with large healthcare GPOs.
- Background in healthcare marketing or sales, with a focus on innovative services.
